Final Meter Reading

Final meter readings are required when terminating a current utility account and creating a new account for a new property owner or tenant. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Utility Billing Clerk at 920-397-9902. Please allow at least 3 business days for appointment scheduling.

The property owner, tenant(s), landlord, or realtor must be present for the meter reading appointment.

The final bill may be generated the same day upon request. Please request this calculation at the time of appointment. Same-day billing is not guaranteed.

The final bill may be provided for closings on the sale of property or can be paid prior to the closing.
