How to Register for a Program:
To register for a program or to reserve a facility please refer to the registration website. Once on the site, you will be asked to create an account or log in before continuing your registration. If you have difficulty with your login credentials, please contact our office. If you are creating a new account, follow the instructions below:

How to Create a New Account:
1. Click on "Create New Account".
2. Enter all information for the main account holder first.
3. Click "Save and Continue" when completed.
4. Click "Add New Member" and enter information for the next person in your family until you have completed your family account.
5. To register for an activity click on "Register" on the top of this page or select an activity above
After successfully logging into our registration website, you may select the desired event, activity, or facility that you are looking for.
You may also register for programs or reserve a shelter in person at our office. Our office is located at 30 N Water Street W, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.
